Will the jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is made to shine — and last! To keep your pieces looking their best:
💖 Stainless Steel – Use the included alcohol pad to gently clean your jewelry before first wear and as needed. It helps remove oils and keeps your piece shining!
💛 18K Gold-Plated Jewelry – Use the alcohol pad before first wear to remove any residue. For regular cleaning, gently wipe with a soft cloth to maintain the gold plating. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture exposure to extend its shine.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. After that:
- U.S. Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
- International Shipping: Varies by country, calculated at checkout
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $40.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — you can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Return shipping is free, but a 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
