Vee Amora Shipping Policy

At Vee Amora, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with care. Below you’ll find our shipping details, including processing times, rates, and policies for both domestic and international orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

📦 Economy Shipping (U.S. – 5–8 business days)

  • Free for orders $40+

  • $4.90 for orders 0lb–2lb

  • $9.90 for orders 2lb–5lb

  • $14.90 for orders 5lb+

⚡ Standard Shipping (U.S. – 3–4 business days)

  • $6.90 for orders 0lb–1lb

  • $9.90 for orders 1lb–5lb

3. International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to select countries, including regions in Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Customs Notice: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.

  • If your country isn’t available at checkout, stay tuned — we’re looking to expand!

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the tracking link provided.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Vee Amora is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your order is delayed, please wait 48 hours after the expected delivery time before contacting us.

  • If your order is lost in transit, email us at info@veeamora.com and we’ll help you file a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
