Vee Amora Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: April 9, 2025

We want you to love your jewelry from Vee Amora. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return process through our self-serve return portal.


🔄 How to Start a Return

To request a return, visit our Return Portal and follow the prompts to begin your return online — no emails or calls necessary.

  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • You’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) after your request is approved.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items

  • Free or discounted promotional items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized products


💵 Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🌎 International Orders

Returns from outside the U.S. are accepted on a case-by-case basis. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
